  • No, using the services of simple-fax does not require a binding contract. Our success shows that our customers are happy with us and our services and remain with us – even though they could cancel their account at any time. We are proud of that!
  • I would like to delete my account, is that possible?

  • I have changed my name. How can I change the name I registered with?
  • You can make all the necessary changes under Account Settings.
  • How can I pay for the services?
  • Simple-fax.de uses a prepayment system. You can only send faxes, emails, letters or SMS messages if you have sufficient funds on your customer account. Adding funds to your account is easy and can be done via Paypal or credit card.
